Privacy Policy

Effective September 26, 2026

This policy covers the ChudAI / ChudGPT website, Google accounts, simulator access, donations, and language settings. The Discord bot has a separate policy.

Information handled by the site

Google sign-in is handled through Supabase. Google and Supabase process the identity information needed to authenticate you, which can include your email, account identifier, name, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password. The site stores your account identifier, email through the authentication service, language preference, and simulator access records. Access records include payment identifiers, amounts, and revocation status; the site does not store card details. Card checkout is currently unavailable until further notice. If enabled later, Stripe handles card checkout and sends payment-status events used to grant or revoke account access. Cash App donations are handled separately by Cash App. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site.

Simulator access requests

When you enter the simulator while signed in, we record your account email and the first and most recent entry-request times. The owner can review this list to grant access after checking a donation. The request list is not public and is available only through the protected owner dashboard. Signed-out clicks do not create identified request-list entries; ordinary hosting logs may still contain request information. Free-tier AI request counts are stored per account and UTC day to enforce the daily limit.

Language and simulator storage

Language settings use local browser storage and may sync to your signed-in account. Website translations are pre-generated from static site copy using Google Translate and served from this website. Changing the website language does not send your account data, prompts, or model replies to Google Translate. Code and generated replies are not translated by this feature. If you enable simulator saving, world state and the journal are stored in your browser; clearing site storage removes that local copy but does not erase server-side account or usage records.

Advertising

The site uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Depending on your region and consent choice, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Consent choices

Where required, Google’s consent-management platform presents choices before optional advertising storage or processing. You can accept, decline, or manage available purposes and vendors through that message. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site behavior.

Analytics and sponsors

The site’s analytics adapter is currently disabled unless a public provider configuration is supplied. The site does not use fingerprinting. Clearly labeled sponsor links, when present, lead to third-party websites whose privacy practices are controlled by those operators.

API catalog checks and linked applications

The API guide checks the Public-family and Main-family model catalogs independently from your browser. Those owner-hosted services and their Vercel or Cloudflare infrastructure may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser headers. Simulator chat and world observations are sent through this site to the selected ChudGPT model service. Do not include sensitive information. ChudGPT Desktop stores its chats and settings on the user's device, while model prompts are sent to the selected owner-hosted API. Discord interactions follow the separate Discord Privacy Policy.

Children’s privacy

The landing page is a general-audience technical project and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not post personal information through linked public profiles or third-party services.

Account and device storage

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Your selected language is saved on your device and, when signed in, to your account. Contact astra0181123 on Discord for account or data-deletion requests. Payment providers may retain their own transaction records under their policies.

Retention and requests

Account, access, entry-request, and daily-usage records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Contact astra0181123 privately on Discord to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not post your account email or payment proof in public issues or server channels. Signing out does not delete your account. Hosting and payment providers may retain logs or transaction records under their own policies.

Service providers

Authentication and account storage use Supabase and Google. Payments, when available, use Stripe; donations use Cash App. These providers process information under their own policies.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when providers or site features change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
