Terms of Service

These terms cover the ChudAI / ChudGPT website, accounts, simulator, and access options. The Discord bot has separate terms.

Experimental service

ChudGPT is a small experimental language-model project. Its output may be incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for factual verification, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions.

Public V20 uses narrow, auditable local systems for exact math and stable project or AI identity facts. Other questions still use neural generation, and Music V1 songwriting remains neural-only; a separate disclosed adviser analyzes supplied lyrics without writing song text. Generation may fail when no relevant draft passes validation. These features do not make ChudGPT conscious, human, perfect, independently internet-connected, or superior to other AI systems.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and without attempting to disrupt its hosting, bypass access controls, abuse connected services, impersonate others, or use generated output to harm people. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information to the model or public project channels.

Availability and changes

Features, checkpoints, links, and availability may change as the experiment develops. The Public and Main API families are independently owner-hosted; availability of one does not guarantee availability of the other. Archived routes are historical training snapshots, not guaranteed service levels or paid products.

Accounts and simulator access

Sign in with your own Google account. Simulator access is attached to that account; sharing a password or joining the Discord server does not transfer access. Google sign-in alone does not guarantee access: activate an available access option or receive an owner grant. Do not share accounts or bypass usage limits. Owner administration is restricted to authorized accounts.

Free simulator

The $0 option is available in the payment area under Other options and requires no card. It includes 20 AI requests per account per UTC day, shared across both characters and chat. Requests count when started, including requests that later fail or are interrupted. The allowance resets at midnight UTC. Paid or owner-granted full access removes this daily free-tier cap; ordinary availability and abuse controls still apply.

Payments and donations

Card payments are unavailable until further notice. If enabled, the checkout page shows the amount and minimum before payment. A confirmed one-time Stripe payment grants full simulator access to the signed-in account; confirmation may take time. A refunded or disputed payment may cause the related grant to be revoked. Buying access does not guarantee uninterrupted service or lifetime availability.

Cash App donations support the project and do not automatically unlock the simulator. The owner may verify a donation and manually grant access to a Google account. Contact astra0181123 privately on Discord for payment or refund assistance; do not send card details, passwords, or authentication codes. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Language settings

The language selector translates website copy and interface controls using saved, machine-generated translations. Names, code examples, and generated model replies may remain in their original language. Translations can contain errors; contact the owner if an access or payment description is unclear before paying.

Third-party services

The site links to Vercel-hosted demonstrations, GitHub, Google advertising services, and potentially clearly labeled sponsors. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Project identity

ChudGPT is an independent project and is not created, trained, endorsed, or supported by OpenAI. Product and company names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

General project questions can be submitted through the public ASTRA228b developer profile. For account, donation, or data requests, contact astra0181123 privately on Discord. Do not post account emails or payment proof publicly. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, or payment-card data.
