01 / About Astra

Experiments tend to become projects.

Astra mainly builds with C#, Unity, Python, web technologies, and whatever else a project needs. The work ranges from Gorilla Tag PCVR mods and reusable UI systems to Discord bots, developer tools, websites, and small custom AI models.

A lot of it starts with a question: can this be made faster, cleaner, stranger, or more useful? Then comes the rebuilding, testing, performance tuning, custom UI work, and learning by actually shipping something. Some projects are useful. Some exist because Astra got bored. Both count.

Building tiny AI models because why not?

Astra is the creator and maintainer behind the independent ChudGPT project represented by this website. ChudGPT-Public V20 is a custom 20,999,184-parameter decoder-only CUDA language model. It currently serves public_assistant_rebalance at training step 1400, rebalanced for everyday assistant tasks with game knowledge retained.

This work does not establish mastery or human-level intelligence. Game and modding replies remain generated, and the model can still return incorrect, strange, funny, or inconsistent output. Humor is occasional rather than required in every answer.

ChudGPT Discord bot

Chat through mentions and commands with Discord-aware context, explicit source lookup, translation support, soundboard features, and experimental AI responses.

Server utilities include backup- and recovery-oriented role/channel tools. Powerful administration commands are restricted to authorized server owners or administrators and use confirmation safeguards where applicable.

ChudGPT project clarification: The models documented on this site—including ChudGPT-Public, the Discord bot, and experimental checkpoints—are part of Astra's independent AI project and its model-testing, website, API, and software work. This project is not affiliated with chudgpt.com, ChudGPT Next Gen, OpenChud, or other unrelated projects using the ChudGPT name. Irony Hub AI is a separate, unrelated project and is not part of this experimental model family.
