ChudGPT Discord Bot Terms of Service
Effective September 26, 2026
These terms govern use of the independently maintained ChudGPT Discord bot. By using or administering the bot, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that ChudGPT-Public is experimental.
ChudGPT's Discord application is part of the independent ChudGPT project developed and maintained by Astra / ASTRA228b.
Website access, donations, and accounts
Simulator purchases, the $0 free tier, Google accounts, and manual access grants follow the Site Terms. Joining a Discord server or receiving a shared password does not grant simulator access. Cash App donations do not unlock it automatically; the owner must verify a donation before deciding on a manual grant. Card checkout is currently unavailable until further notice. A simulator grant does not purchase Discord roles, bot administration, or guaranteed bot availability.
For donation or account assistance, contact astra0181123 privately. Do not share Google passwords, authentication codes, or payment-card information with the bot or in support conversations.
Model and translation controls
You can change your current channel's model with !chud model <id> and inspect available choices with !chud models. This changes which owner-hosted service receives future model requests. Models can differ in behavior and availability. Language commands such as !chud language es, !chud language auto, and !chud language off control optional bot translation; they do not change website settings. Translation can be inaccurate and is subject to provider availability. These personal settings do not grant server-administration permissions.
Music V1 output
The !chud music <prompt> command uses the same experimental ChudGPT-Public API service as normal bot conversations while selecting the separate Music V1 checkpoint. Generated lyrics are intended to be original, and copyrighted-lyric requests may be rejected. Output can still resemble common phrases, contain nonsense, fail requested structure, or include incorrect music information. Users must not rely on generated output as proof of copyright ownership, originality, clearance, authorship, or factual accuracy.
Experimental AI
ChudGPT-Public is a small experimental AI. It can generate incorrect, nonsensical, outdated, incomplete, biased, or unsafe-looking text and code. Generated output is not professional advice. Independently verify important medical, legal, financial, technical, security, and safety information before acting on it.
Public V20 uses narrow local assistance for exact math and stable project or AI identity facts; this does not make it conscious, human, perfect, independently internet-connected, or universally reliable. Unknown and general questions still use experimental neural generation. Music V1 songwriting remains neural-only. A separate disclosed adviser analyzes supplied lyrics without writing song text. Requests may fail when no relevant draft passes validation; coherent full songs are not guaranteed.
No service guarantees
The bot, its selectable models, and related APIs are provided without guaranteed accuracy, availability, uptime, response time, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may fail, change, or be unavailable when either owner-hosted API family, a Vercel proxy, Cloudflare tunnel, Discord, or another dependency is offline. A model selection is stored per user and channel and does not guarantee that model's host is currently reachable.
Acceptable use
Do not use the bot to abuse or harass people, make threats, facilitate illegal activity, steal credentials, distribute malware, bypass security or access controls, perform destructive misuse, impersonate others, spam, evade blacklists or limits, or expose private or confidential information. Do not attempt to obtain host paths, tokens, private logs, server details, or other protected project information.
Server-administration commands
Some commands can purge messages, remove roles, delete channels or categories, recreate server structures, or otherwise make destructive changes. They may be used only by the server owner or an administrator authorized to perform that specific action. Confirmation codes and safety backups reduce accidental use but do not eliminate risk. Administrators are responsible for reading warnings, checking permissions and backups, understanding the scope, and confirming that an operation is appropriate before executing it.
Soundboard and uploads
Soundboard uploads may be used only by authorized soundboard administrators and only for audio they have the right to store and play. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or unauthorized recordings. The uploader and server administrators remain responsible for content, permissions, consent, and use in voice channels.
Your responsibility
Users remain responsible for their messages, files, URLs, commands, server changes, and use or redistribution of generated output. Review code before running it, verify citations and summaries at their sources, and do not treat bot output as permission to violate another person's rights or a platform's rules.
Availability, suspension, and termination
The project maintainer may limit requests, blacklist Discord user IDs, suspend features, remove the bot from a server, or stop providing the service in response to abuse, technical risk, maintenance needs, legal concerns, or project changes. Users can stop using the service at any time. Server owners and administrators can remove the bot through Discord.
Third-party services
The bot can interact with Discord, Google translation services, DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia, Stack Overflow, Vercel, Cloudflare, and public pages supplied by users. Those services have separate terms and policies, and their availability and content are outside this project's control. Use of Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and applicable server rules.
Changes to the bot and these terms
Commands, models, providers, limits, and these terms may be updated as the experiment changes. The effective date identifies the current posted version. Continued use after an update means the user is using the service under the revised terms.

General project questions can be submitted through the public ChudGPT-Public issue tracker. For account, donation, or data requests, contact astra0181123 privately on Discord. Do not post account emails or payment proof publicly. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, or payment-card data.
